From this point of view, we have developed in our article steps to help you dear reader of education to swim and teach your children later, to refine their hobby if they love this kind of sport that is considered recreational in the first place.

First, you should start teaching swimming on land as a start to learn movements with the following steps:
1. Sit on the floor and put your hands back and focus your body weight on it.
2. Make various movements such as lifting the legs and stretching them and then returning them to their position and then lift them and stretch them and so on.

Now we will start with the actual steps on the ground, but before the pool must be fully equipped so that the pool has a shallow part that is high up to the navel of the trainee so as to remove the fear that he feels at the beginning, as the water should be a bit warm especially for children so as not to be afraid of Cold water, and the trainer must be perfect for swimming and has the ability to save the trainee in the event of any emergency, God forbid.

Remove the feeling of fear:
The trainee may be exposed for the first time with extreme fear which makes him nervous so it is difficult to teach him and maybe even refuse to train, so the coach must remove this fear from his heart and convince him that going down to the water is not that difficult, by putting him in the part of the deep part of the pool and not forcing him or even pushing him to He feels shock edited and frightened, especially if he is a small child, and at the beginning the coach should allow the children to play a little in the water so that he gets used to it and loves it by exchanging movements and ball so that he gets used to moving in the pool freely without being afraid.

After this step the trainer teaches the child to put his face in the water and touch his feet and repeat this step more than once until he gets used to having his head in the water .

Learn to float in the water and glide:
In the second step the trainee lets his body float on the water without moving and this step is good to feel safer than water where he will know that the body floats automatically on the water . After that, the trainee pushes the pool wall with his legs and his face is in the water and then he has to stand when the movement is completed and it is called slipping.

Leg blows:
In this step the trainee grabs the market of the pool and makes blows to the legs without bending his knees too much so that the movement of the thigh joint and the bend of the knee in a small way. If the trainee mastered the work of leg strokes, he makes the movement of slipping in the water with the blows of the legs together without moving his hands.

Use hands:
After learning to use the legs in the process of slipping, the trainee should use his hands by moving the hands from front to back in mutual motion, and after learning the movement in the stand does its work during slipping using all previous movements, namely putting the face inside the water and moving the legs with blows And move hands in front and forth.

Gradient in lifting the face from the inside of the water:
After the trainee gets used to the movement of slipping in the water and moving his hands and legs, the trainer teaches the trainee to gradually raise the head while moving his hands strongly and effectively with the continuation using the blows of the legs and movements of the hands, and the step lasts about two days and perhaps more ‘to be able to raise his head during Swimming.

Go to the deep part of the pool and learn to stand in the water:
This step is done in two stages, the first is to teach the child to remove fear from the deep part of the pool, so that the trainer explains to him that the body floats over the water even if he jumps on the pool his body will float automatically without completing any movement, the trainer asks him to jump from the side of the pool without making any moves Until his body floats and takes his head out of the water and then he catches the side of the pool and the trainer is next to him so that he feels more safe and will disappear fear automatically after the first jump .

The second stage of this step lies in learning the skill of standing in the water, where the trainee is heading towards the deep part and must be next to any corner so that he can catch him if he feels tired and not feel scared, then he stands vertically and moves his legs down in the same movement T does it while riding the bike, so that he hits the water with his legs down and pulls it down and then does the same movement with the other man and so must be the movement of hands similar to the movement of the legs, and if the tired trainee feels holding the corner that is next to him to rest and then return to repeat movements until he improves and mastered the movement Effectively.
